Smt. Radha Bai D Gopala Rao PU College is a fast growing centre of educational excellence in Karnataka. It is located in the serene, safe and pollution free outskirts of Harihar town, the abode of Lord Harihareshwar.

Established in June 2010, the college is a brainchild of Shri. D.G. Raghunath Rao, Founder Chairman, who is a visionary in the educational field. The objective of the college is to impart quality education, that would enable a student to excel in life with confidence to face the global challenges ; to mould him/her for the professional courses like Engineering, Medicine, Commerce, Agriculture, etc.; to guide the students for further education in different streams of their interest ; to develop the students into responsible citizens of our nation.

Managed by the "Shri. Durugoji Gopala Rao Educational and Charitable Trust", the college has seen steady progress since its inception, by the perseverance and hard work of the management, staff and students. The good will co-operation of the general public has supplemented this growth. Above all the benevolent blessings of the Lord Harihareshwar persists ever on the college.

The college has 4.5 acres of land in which all required facilities for students of I PUC and II PUC are provided. In addition to well furnished class rooms, the college has fully equipped Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science Laboratories, library, sports and games facilities, Smart class empowered by Edurite®, etc.

Residential facility pleasingly outfitted is available, separately for boys and girls.

Coaching Classes with limited students ensuring one to one attention are conducted for them to excel in the subjects and get trained for various competitive exams like CET, COMED-K, AIEEE, AIPMT, AFMC, AIIMS, IIT-JEE, etc.
