Soulfirst Dance Studio is an experience.

Located in Gurgaon, Soulfirst provides you with the freedom to explore and express your inner self through dance with a special focus on Bollywood.

Avantika, the founder, is a trained dancer, who has created her signature dance style over years of dedicated training and honest practice. She is adept in teaching individuals with no prior dance experience, as well as in choreographing performances for weddings and special occasions. Her students range from ages 4 - 60 years old.

Her connect with dance, the first love of her life, started at the tender age of five. While she was introduced to dance by her mother, she soon began to explore and understand movement by joining various renowned institutions; which ultimately helped in forming her own distinct style of dance.

Her tryst with dance made her realise the truth behind Friedrich Nietzsche’s famous words, “We should consider everyday lost, on which we have not danced at least once”.

Avantika believes that not only is dance an effective way to help express yourself, it also is a way of finding some peace and happiness in life. It can often liberate us from the daily responsibilities and provide a feeling of emancipation that is unparalleled.

As the name suggests, “Soulfirst” goes beyond the norm. We propagate self exploration and expression through our choreography, which also works to keep you fit, agile and confident. Our objective is focused on providing quality training, in a fun filled environment at a professionally designed studio.
