All this, through the expressive medium of art reflection facilitated by Avantika Malhautra - Certified Creative Arts Therapist and Psychologist.
Creative arts therapy involves the interplay of talk therapy with visual art, drama and body movement for expressing and achieving specific goals such as focus, clarity, confidence, trust, communication. We offer individual sessions, group sessions and workshops for schools, special needs children, hospitals and corporates.
