Society For Green, NGO has been actively engaged in Solid Waste Management and Reforestation and Tree Plantation activities from a period of time. The Organization has created awareness among the urban population Guntur area through the awareness program , workshop, plantation program.. The organization has motivated the SHG‟s of the area to involve in Waste Management and plantation activities.. It has developed relationship with SHG’s, Schools, colleges and communities and involved them in Solid Waste Management programs and Tree plantation program

Society For Green, was formed with the aim to support and help community in the field of Solid Waste Management, Promote for the Setting Up of ECO CLUBS in Schools and Colleges, Promote tree plantation and Re-Forestation, convert barren dead land into Green, Promoting to beautify Municipal Dump yard and promote Rain Water harvesting. Presently the organization is jointly working with Smart Waste Management in setting up decentralized unit of Community waste management and Promoting Zero Waste management. It is also working parallel in setting up of ECO CLUBS in Schools and Colleges.
