Skipper Group began its steady flight to the success in the year 1994. The company began as a small manufacturing unit in Akola, Maharashtra with one of the objectives being the manufacturing of distribution transformers & special transformers.

The effort paid off & the company was soon able to establish its credentials in the industries. The quality of the products has been the first priority of the company at all levels from raw materials purchases to final dispatch. This combined with prompt service & an understanding of the customer needs has led to the rapid growth of the company. The group expanded to bigger premises in the busy industrial town of Nashik

A major diversification took place through the production of Current transformers, Potential transformers & other switchgear items.
