SHRI NEEL KANTH MANDIR

These unmatched and artistic architectures contribute richly to the Indian cultural heritage. Temples are found everywhere in India, in villages and in towns. The earliest temples are the rock cut and cave temples in India. The covenant people of the Lord have built temples. These temples are sacred structures dedicated to the Lord where ordinances are performed that are binding on earth and beyond the grave.

As the people of SANATAM DHARAM SEWA SAMITI and other people of the city KAPURTHALA believe that “The Lord showed them, so that they did see clearly, that they dwell in these temples which men had commanded and set up and in people's hearts, and moreover his people are his temple, and he dwelt in them.” By taking this thought in mind they have built up the religious temple “ SHRI NEEL KANTH MANDIR”situated at URBAN ESTATE KAPURTHALA. A Mandir, or a Hindu temple is a place of worship for followers of Hinduism. A characteristic of most temples is the presence of murtis (statues) of the Hindu deity to whom the temple is dedicated. They are usually dedicated to one primary deity, the presiding deity, and other deities associated with the main deity. However, some temples are dedicated to several deities, and others are dedicated to murtis in an aniconic form. Here at SHRI NEEL KANTH MANDIR they are dedicated to the lord SHIVA as the main deity and all the swaroops of the lord sihva and other lords.

The SHRI NEEL KANTH MANDIR is under construction and is located in area of 2000 sq. ft. We would like to seek your devotion towards the establishment of mandir.
