Shree Jagannath Mandir is situated at Krishi Vihar Colony, Harnya Khedi, Kishan Ganj, Mhow, Distt Indore (Madhya Pradesh) on Agra Bombay main road National Highway number 3 (NH – 3). It is 20 Kms from Indore, 10 Kms from Rau, & 4 Kms from Mhow which can be recognized from the main road.

Bhumipujan and Silanyas was completed by the great saint SHRI SHRI 1011 BRAHMARISHI SHRI BARFANI BABA on 01 Jul 2004. On that day BRAHMARISHI was on Mauna Vrata but he broke his vrata saying he could see the Lord Jagannath and blessed that this place is a holy place and the temple will become glorious and famous.

On 28 Apr 2005 three days pran pratistha ceremony was held. Shri Ramesh Rajguru who is main Purohit of His Highness Maharaja Gajapati of Puri along with three purohits Shri Suryanarayan Das, Shri Dwarkaprashad Misra and Shri Niranjan Misra and a team of local purohits organized the ceremony under the guidance of His Highness Maharaja Gajapati. On 30 Apr 2005 the final prana pratistha ceremony took place. Temple is also registered with the main temple of Puri.

Shri Rahas Behari Panda is the main purohit of the temple assisting main purohit. The purohit are from Orissa and performing all the rituals as per the main temple of Puri.

All festivals like Ratha Yatra (the Cart festival), Bahuda Yatra (return Cart festival), Kartik Purnima, Devo Dipawali, Dola Purnima (holi), Rang Panchami, Dipawali; Janma Asthami is celebrated with full rituals and rites.

Shri Jagannath Mandir Trust has been formed and is registered with the Registrar of the Trusts and societies, Indore.

One Shiva Mandir and one Hanuman Mandir is also constructed on both the sides of Shri Jagannath Mandir. One Prashadalaya and two rooms are also constructed. Your valuable donations for the rooms and Prashadalaya are requested.

Apart from the regular poojas, one scheme for the poojas for Birth Days, Marriage anniversary, Nirwan diwas is also there in the Mandir, One has to donate Rs 1111/- (One time donation only) for the pooja on the particular date and this pooja will be carried out on the particular date as desired and will be in existence by the next of kins after the death of the person. Once the register for this pooja is over, the next object of Annachhetra will be taken.

DAILY WORSHIP SCHEDULE
(The timings are subject to change depending upon the rituals of the day)

MANGAL ARATI: 5.30 A.M. (Opening of the door and morning prayer)
The door opens early in the morning in the presence of the sevayats. Soon after the opening of the door, a sacred lamp is offered to the deities, which is called "Mangal Arlati".
SNAN: 6.30 A.M.
Snan refers to the change or removal of dresses and flowers etc. At this time sevaks change the clothes, flowers, Tulasi leaves of the deities worn on the previous night. After removal of clothes, the clothes known as "Tadap" and "Uttariya" are worn by the deities.
SREENGAR: 7.30 A.M.
After Snan the deities are again dressed up which can be witnessed from a little distance.
SREENGAR ARATI: 8.30 A.M.
Puja is performed in morning is called Sreengar Arati.
MADHYANHA DHUPA (Afternoon food offering): 12 Noon.
Puja performed with Sodasa Upachar in the afternoon and Maha Prasad is offered to Lord Jagannath. After the Arati, the Mandir is closed up to 4 PM.
UTHAPANA ARATI: 4 P.M.
In the afternoon again sacred lamps are offered to the deities after Madhyana Dhupa Mailam.
SANDHYA ARATI: 7 P.M.
In the evening again sacred lamps are offered to the deities after Utapana Alati.
SAYANA ARATI: 9 P.M.
In the night again sacred lamps are offered to the deities after Sandhya Alati and after that the Mandir is closed for the night..

BHOGA
