Shiv Pratishthan especially design to provide technical and entrepreneurial skills to rural youth to enable them to be absorbed them in various sectors which are abundantly available in India. The programme envisaged training of selected youths within training centers. Under this programme we commit job guarantee for trained and skilled candidate in India. Keeping in view large scale incidence of unemployment among the rural youth particularly in the educated segment and the lack of focus on skill development, under this activity we had considered necessity to formulate suitable strategy to take up skill development as a main focus of this programme.

OUR MISSION IS REALIZED THROUGH MANTRA – Movement and Action Network for the Transformation of rural Areas – an integrated habitat development programme guided by the belief that all people deserve to live in peace with dignity. Social Inclusion, Social Equity, Gender Equity, Sustainability and Cost Sharing.
