Shimoga AUTO Carnival 2016

Gem Auto Carnival is a 3 day exhibition of all products from automobile industry. This is a one of its kind ever happened in shimoga. This event is being organised by Gem Event Management shimoga and schedule on 6th to 8th May 2016.
Gem event management is a team of professionals, well-versed in handling large events in the city. Our recent activity was a Kite Festival, which attracted a LARGE crowd in shimoga, and got a very good mileage from media.
For the first time, such a large scale auto exhibition is planned at shimoga, the focus of this event will be to provide the platform for all Domestic & international players to exhibit their products under one roof.
Following are the highlights of the event:
1) Over 70 exhibitors to expect to take part in this event. Opportunities for one-to-one interaction.
2) Gem is committed to give good ambience to all the exhibitors.
3) We are expecting 15000-20000 visitors in these 3 days.
4) We have planned many crowd pulling activities like bike stunts, cultural events.

6) The extensive marketing activity is planned throughout shimoga district, the targeted clientele will approached by our team. The event promotions will be carried out through news paper ads, leaflets, hoardings at all taluq, banners, auto announcement, face book promotion, whatsapp promotion.
7) The event will be conducted in 3 acres of land with all amenities, like food counters, lightings, sanitary systems etc…
8) The venue is hardly 3 kms from Shimoga bus stand, and transportation is not a problem at all for people of shimoga. We are even discussing with autorikshaw association and local bus operators, to have regular service for 3 days.
