our teaching methodology is I-Cube Learning Ladder inspires the 4Cs in a child:
1. Inquiry and Curiosity : Inquiry describes the thirst of a child for knowledge and information. the intensity or the level of this curiosity differs from child to child so to equalize this level in each of them and to motivate or excite them to learn or do something at Shanti Juniors we induce that inquiry in a child’s mind by creating curiosity or making him curious to inquire either by creating such environment of the classroom, field visits, teaching Aids, storytelling or using different kind of teaching methodology.

2. Interaction and Confidence :Interaction is the best mode of fulfilling inquisition which provides confidence to a child with appropriate knowledge and information. This inquiry in the mind motivates the child to interact more to know the answer so here we arrange interactions for students with peers, teachers, surroundings; thus Interactions unwinds their curiosity and gives them lot of confidence.

3. Innovation and Creativity :Innovation is an expression of creativity.Through confident interactions either by talking with teacher, parents, peers or by experiencing something. His innovation becomes boundless expression which acts as a benchmark for child’s development.

4. Continuity : This philosophy of I-Cube learning ladder with 4C’s is our core philosophy and it is a continuous process for every learning at Shanti Juniors.

This methodology is very much effective in inspiring Curiosity, Confidence, Creativity and Continuity in a child to instill self-discovering habits since beginning.
