Training happens all day at the SFL Bootcamp ,doors opens 7am and shut 9pm
Sessions are devised and categorised for professional fighters, amateur fighters, martial arts students and fitness enthusiasts who are in search of the Elite level of fitness.
Fighters train for six hours a day with three hour schedules in the morning and evening respectively.
Regular members training is a two hour batch with various batches that take place in the morning and as well in the evening.
