Established in year 2010, Seva started its journey by offering repair services for all kind of electronic and electrical appliances. It is among the pioneer brands that started this concept of organizing the vast and scattered repair service industry. Seva provide services for repair, maintenance and Installation of Home Appliances i.e AC,Refrigerator,Washing Machine,Microwave,LCD,LED,Geyser,RO,Water Purifier,Desktop,Laptops and other appliances and equipments thus eradicating the pain of finding professional and reliable services for this domain The Methodology and concept of Seva Certified Homes, that enable customer to have a definite solution for the service need differentiates us from other service provider Why Seva was incorporated ? When we started repair services were a pain area for almost everyone. The sector was thoroughly unorganized & the demand & supply had and still has huge gap The key problems prevailing were: - Availability and Procurement of spare and parts. - Level of Practical technical Education Vs changing technology. - Uneven demand and Supply. - Customer mindset towards repair works. - In-appropriate Infrastructure. - Negativity for Annual Maintenance among domestic customer. - No standard Rates for various Repairs. - Legal Compliance. - No manufacturer warranty on most of the spares - Inventory management. Since its establishment in Dec 2010, Seva worked over to rectified all these issues and have successfully developed a model that offer a systemic solution to all stated issues Seva is working aggressively managing the end to end services with diverse service model on ground, ensuring efficient service delivery to customer with high bandwidth/capacity.
