A perfect place to unwind for a group of 8-12 people.
This is a 3 bedroom spacious Duplex Apartment with A/C n satellite tv in rooms, 3 spacious living areas with SAT Tv in one, a cozy corner, high-speed free wifi, 4G pocket internet wherever u go all free, in-house movies, in-house mini gym, fully equipped kitchen, pest control & mattress debugging, housekeeping, home delivery folder n more.
Free access to a personal computer system, scanner, printer & photocopier and a 4G dongle to carry it n stay connected wherever u go.
HOUSE RULES:
Guest should provide proper identification
Noise levels should be kept under check keeping neighbors undisturbed.
Maintain property cleanliness while in possession and avoid stains to walls, linen,etc. Linen will be changed every 4th day.
The breakfast menu will be bread toasts with Jam & butter, eggs, south Indian delicacies & juice.
The guest has to pay only for fuel of Rs. 500 for 8 hrs and 100 kms/day.
The car will be Toyota Innova.
The guest has to pay a security deposit of Rs. 5000 which is fully refundable pending inspection at the time of checkout. However it will be decided by me if deposit is required.
