Search for Happiness

All of us are looking for happiness. We work very hard in order to get that real happiness in our life. But the fact is more we strive to become happy the more we become unhappy. So sometimes we wonder is there real happiness in this world?

The answer is yes. There is real happiness in this world. But we need to change the way of searching for happiness. Instead of searching for happiness without we should search for happiness within. In another words happiness is right there in our heart. When we love someone we are happy and when we hate someone we are unhappy. Both the emotions love and hate come from the common source, the heart, but ignite opposite feelings. Love brings happiness and empowers us to make others happy; hate brings unhappiness and makes us weak and many times wicked to the point of giving pain to others. More often we become overpowered by hate and invite miseries in our own life.

Hate is a negative energy which creates a great disturbance in our heart and does not allow us to access the positive energy of love. Negative energy always brings unhappiness. Positive energy brings happiness eternally. The process of heart transformation helps us to remove negative energy of hate from our heart and at the same time access the positive energy of love in abundance and attain real happiness.

We carry hate in our heart in the form of grudges, resentments, guilt feelings etc. for as long as possible and then wonder why are we unhappy? Heart transformation helps us to go deeper in our own heart in order to cut the knot of hate which is strongly tied for the longest period of time and free our heart to get connected to powerhouse of love. Love brings unlimited happiness and fearlessness.

Where there is love there is no fear. When you love, you trust. When you trust, you are fearless.

Sounds so simple. It is simple we make it very complicated.

Our entire life is based on relationships. We get some taste in every relationship. There are five primary taste or mellow or rasa as described herein.

1). Parental with Parents.
2). Conjugal with spouse.
3). Friendship with Friend.
4). Servitude with servants.
5). Neutral. For example colleagues at office.

Then there are seven secondary rasa as follows.

1). Fear
2). Anger
3). Wonder
4). Shock
5). Chivalry or Virya rasa (Heroic, fighting spirit)
6). Comedy
7). Mercy

As described above there are 12 rasa in our life out of which five are primary and seven secondary. If five primary rasa are disturbed then seven secondary rasa becomes prominent. For example lovers love each other but moment there is some disturbance in relationship there are ghastly murder scenes. In another words when primary rasa of conjugal love gets disturbed love manifests in the form of secondary rasa of anger and subsequent chivalry by killing.

So in order to be fearless and happy we need to keep all our relationships cordial. We need to complete all our relationships and let the five primary rasa flow in our heart. Incomplete relationships causes the worst pain to the heart.
