SEEK is inspired by it’s parent company Manford which was founded in 1993. Manford operates in a niche area called ‘Science of Exceptionality’ which talks about how in any sphere of life, less than 3% of the population influences the way the world directs itself, the way things are conceived and the kind of opportunities that unfold. Manford’s flagship intervention, the ‘Corporate Breakthrough Workshop’ has demonstrated breakthrough results in the top and bottom line of organizations. They facilitate the transformational journey of Leaders, who, through this intervention are able to let go of their limiting beliefs and see possibilities of a better and collaborative way.
SEEK has inherited it’s core competency from Manford’s rich legacy of working with 185 organisations over 82 countries and 22 years of research in the field of organization development.
What do we do?
SEEK is an interactive mobile tool based on a platform that utilises technology and the power of research to facilitate change and build culture in high performing organizations. We encourage Strategic Learning Solutions in organizations by using the knowledge of various disciplines like Behavioural & Management Sciences, Psychology, Sociology and Ontology.
SEEK helps to define the plan, identify behavioural and attitudinal shifts that would help align the middle management to the overall goals. It also helps in measuring progress and increasing employee engagement. SEEK’s solutions provide interactive and on-the-job learning by taking 5 minutes of an employee’s time every day.
The App also provides valuable insights on workforce trends and predictive organizational analytics hence providing a space for pro-action. Thus, we aim at enhancing organizational productivity through individual empowerment & culture building.
