SCSM Shrigonda

Founded in 1981, Shri Shivaji Shikshan Sanstha is one of the notable and leading education institution in the area. Under the able college, started in 1982 by name"Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Mahavidyalaya"at shrigonda, one Polytechinc college at Belwandi sugar by name "Indira Gandhi Polytechic College" and eight secondary schools in the area.

In September 2012, the college was accrediated with B grade by the NAAC.
