SilkAir Trivandrun 2018

'SilkAir Trivandrun 2018' is an awareness and fund raising event to be held in Trivandrum city on Saturday, 13th of January 2018. This year we aim to raise funds for treatment of cancer patients for which we will be collaborating with Regional Cancer Centre, Trivandrum.

Race Categories:
i) 10km Endurance run (walk or run) {Below 18 years with Guardian's permission}
ii) 2km fun run(walk or run) - {Below 18 years with Guardian's permission}
iii) 10km Corporate relay- A team of 5 members

Fee + cap : Rs 300

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• True and complete information and am solely responsible for its accuracy.• Fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in TRIVANDRUN
and I will be entirely responsible for it.• Understood the risk of taking part in a course with vehicular traffic even with policing.• Understood that I need to be physically fit for such events and have obtained medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner for the same.• I and our legal representatives waive all claims of any nature against the sponsors of the event, City authorities, political entities, authorities and officials, and the marathon committee people officials and volunteers, and any other officials associated with the event and representatives of the above mentioned, in the event of illness, injury, death or otherwise, that might result in my participation in the event.• Agreed that in case of illness, injury etc that the officials may transport me to a medical facility and administer emergency treatment at our risk and cost. • Agreed to reimburse medical and other expenses and provide any medical data related to me.
• Agree and irrevocably permit the title sponsor to share information given by me in this application with all or any entities associated with TRIVANDRUN at their own discretion. • Understood/agree and irrevocably permit that my photograph taken on the Marathon day maybe used for promoting TRIVANDRUN by the
committee and sponsors.• Understood that I am solely responsible for the safety of my application form and fee in transit.• Agreed to receive information and offers of various brands/products/services as maybe sent to me/us by the event promoters, on my email address given here.• Understood and agree to the event terms
and conditions.
