Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore

With its inception dating back to February 1996, as a liaison office, today it has grown in magnitude and proportions as a location for research and software development encompassing a wide range of technology domains. SRI - Bangalore today is a Private Limited Company, headquartered in Bangalore.

SRI - Bangalore currently houses around 4500 employees involved in research and development.

SRI-B also works with some organizations in software and technology in India. With an objective to spearhead Samsung's initiatives in India, SRI-B contributes to the different technologies in Wireless, Networking, Convergence, Digital and Semi-conductor in India.

The office is recently shifted to new location in Orion building near Marathahalli, Bangalore.
