Chakra and Element Balancing Workshops:
Everything- animate and inanimate- is made up of five elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether (Space). It is perfectly balanced in all this in the Nature. Imbalance of these elements in our gross body, causes dis-ease, dis-order as well as disturbs the delicate balance of our subtle bodies, i.e, the Nadis and the Chakras.
Balancing these elements restores the Homeostasis within us.

Meditations:
Awareness is the key. Consciousness heals. Meditation helps develop that awareness/consciousness. Group meditations have been a prominent and regular activity at Samattva.

Yoga:
Harmony between body and mind, harmony between mind and soul, harmony between us and the others. Yoga helps develop this harmony- the union of body, mind and soul. Routine sessions of yog-asanas, pranayam and various yogic practices are conducted at Samattva.

Past Life Regression:
Memories of this life as well as past lives create pain and pleasure. Pain makes us 'restless', while pleasure makes us 'attached'. To relive is to relieve. Past life regression helps us to look back, understand, integrate, re-frame and free us from the baggage of the past Karmas and bring wisdom and joy to us.

Group Reading:
Group reading has been an integral part of Samattva for the last 10 years. Books give knowledge. they are our Gurus. They are the means to wisdom, guiding us to create a space for Spiritual enhancement and for the pursuit of our soul purpose.
