Samarpan Meditation

In the present era, human life is filled with stress and disturbances because human beings are constantly living at the material level. The final aim of human life is to attain liberation.
Liberation is the final state of meditation which begins with thoughtlessness, and thoughtlessness is achieved by meditating. There are many methods of meditation and one such method is ‘Samarpan Meditation’. Through this method even a householder can achieve the state of liberation while living in society. This simple meditation technique has been made especially for present day society.

This meditation technique is the fruit of 800 years of penance by many Sages and Ascetics living in the caverns of the Himalayas; and the Herculean task of bringing this method into human society has been completed by Satguru Shree Shivkrupanand Swamiji. The aim of Samarpan Meditation is that the entire human race attains a highly spiritual state through meditation, becomes ‘One’ through inner soul relationships and that the dream of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ meaning ‘The Whole World as one Family’ becomes a reality.

This method of meditation based on ‘anubhooti’, that is, spiritual experiences is above all castes, religions, countries, languages and gender discrimination. It is available free of cost for the entire human race.
