Sai Matriculation Higher Secondary School

Sai Matriculation Higher Secondary School was started with the blessings of His Holiness Shirdi Sai Baba on 14th June 1989 as an English Medium school with a meagre strength of 137 students. Since then, the school has developed by leaps and bounds. After two decades, it abounds with more than Two Thousand five hundred students.

The school is run by a non-profitable trust named "Leo Muthu Educational Trust" governed by its Chairman MJF. Ln. Leo Muthu. Besides being the Founder and Chairman of this institution he is an ardent philanthropist, devoted educationalist and a renowned industrialist. He has extended his Sri Sai Ram Group of Institutions to start more than dozen other Educational Institutions in and around Chennai.

Sai Matriculation Higher Secondary School is known for its
"No Donation Policy". It is noted for its best academic standard and strict discipline. The motto of the school is "Study, Serve and Smile to achieve Sound Education, Depth of Knowledge and Good Character". Strong character will enable the students to stand for righteousness. The emphasis is not only on English, but the regional along with the national language is being taught.
