Has an independent swimming pool, with a large garden area for outdoor parties. Separate dining area and TV's with wide selection of channels in main Halls. In total it is a fun place for a corporate party, Birthday party, get together , bachelors party & for a family to stay in about 100+ can accommodate. A 63 Kva Generator for backup power is available and chargeable when required. Beach house is always rented out as a whole place for a charge of Rs. 25,000/- per day noon to noon. On weekdays from Mondays to Fridays we can offer you a discounted price of Rs. 20,000 per day. We offer the beach house as whole unit and we do not hire it room wise.
