You get to see who performs under pressure and who the natural leaders within a group are while inspiring other team members to develop confidence and skills that will only benefit your team. This is a game where strength and speed are not nearly as important as strategy and communication.
Two teams are selected and given a set of objectives: to develop the best strategy for capturing and controlling the oppositions’ territories and flag stations, while simultaneously defending their own flags and their co-workers.
