Rishra Vidyapith -Alumni

The school was established on 25th August 1952 on a land donated by Saheed Ashram Society.The donors were Sri Nagina Lal,Sri Matukdhari Lal and Sri Thakur Sah.A trust was created called RISHRA VIDYAPITH TRUST for conserving, preserving and developing the school.The founding fathers of the school had an aim to spread education in this Industrial belt,where most of the inhabitants were workers of different factories and to educate their children was the noblest cause and in that sense the donors courage and dedication was praiseworthy, although no words can match their contribution.The work of developing the school into a big institute was undertaken by Late Shiwadhar Ojha, under whom the school became one of the most important place of learning.Lateron many others succeeded him but none matched him.Progress of the school was stalled for decades after Late Ojhaji and the school lost its glory in later part of 2000AD till early part of the current decade.........now with a new team of teachers and other officials school is marching towards progress.....hope in days to come it will become a force to reckon in field of education.
