REP WARS is a competition for all fitness enthusiast. The idea is to test the maximum limit of one’s capability to lift weight and test his strength to his limits.
REP WARS is a fitness competition Containing open weight category in 2 lifting exercises. The goal of this competition is to bring the community together and provide a fun competitive atmosphere for all athletes. Participants must perform 2 Workouts : Bench press and Squats and achieve maximum reps in a limited time. This is not a competition where you will see crazy standards or do movements that you never practiced before. REP WARS will test the maximum limit of the athlete’s capability to lift weight and test his strength to his limits. The more reps the athlete does the better chance of winning.
