Reebok CrossFit Gurgaon is a fitness facility that utilizes CrossFit methodology to train people of all ages and abilities. We coach in small groups where everyone gets semi-personal training by our certified trainers. We utilize only natural human movement patterns to train which are safe and more useful. The exercises include a lot of running, jumping, pushing and pulling, squatting, throwing and lifting. We train bodies to be more efficient in general to help you lead healthier happier lives.
