I am from a middle class background with my both my schooling and pre-university from ordinary institutions.
I was lucky enough to clear professional course entrance test and was placed in a good college and after that my life changed tremendously.
During my college days, I struggled a lot in communication and in the basics of technologies. My friends were brilliant in both these even though they were bad at studies.
I used to wonder how they were so good at communication.
I used to assume that their schooling might be from good institutions.
But, found to my surprise that the environment they were grown up have helped them a lot in addition to the education institutions.
After further analysis, I came to know that their education was of full practicality rather than that of the bookish knowledge of suburb institutions.
The Faculty in their institutions was well trained and students were counseled to find and help them on their future path.
I always used to think, why we from suburbs can’t have such facilities?
Why can’t someone guide us to choose future path?
Why can’t someone help in discovering our capabilities and capacities?

I waited on for almost 4 years, but no one was there to guide them.
Finally, I thought why waiting for someone to come?
Why can’t we ourselves do this?
Why can’t I take the initiative?

This thought provoking idea helped me to establish ReDizcover to help students rediscover and empowering themselves
