•MoUD appointed NBCC, A Navratna Central PSE Schedule A- as Executing / implementing agency, vide Letter of Intent (LOI) F. No. O-17031/3/2008-PS on dated 22nd June 2012
•Memorandum of Understanding Signed on 16th July 2013.

•Rehabilitation of Darya Khan Tomb area - 14 Acre Green Area.
Project Cost
•Estimated Project cost including 30 years maintenance for Residential - 4264 Crores
•Period of completion 60 months.
•Project cost is met through the lease sale of Office (10% of total FAR permissible under MPD-2021) and 10% of the built up residential space for an initial period of 30 year only to Govt. Departments, Ministries, PSUs etc.
