My passion for cooking dates back to the time when I owned a restaurant in college and right after college in Boston. I learnt all the basics of cooking as a short order cook and then as a head chef. My Italian cooking is from mama Morello's kitchen (my partners first generation Italian mother). My red sauce typically cooks for 4-5 hrs. with lots of meat, sausages and herbs.
