In a short span of time, Red Ant Realty has developed into an established brand in delivering comprehensive professional solutions to real estate development across all industry verticals - Residential & Commercial.

At Red Ant, we are committed to building affordable homes with all basic amenities. Our vision is to build aesthetically driven projects which range from luxury to affordable segments in Kolkata & other major cities in West Bengal. Currently we have 5 residential projects with a total of approximately 1.5 lacs square feet under construction.

Samaresh Das, Managing Director has been in the real estate industry for the last 7 years. He co-founded a real estate marketing firm which hit the headlines in the year 2009. Later he co-founded a real estate development firm called Well Homes. He was also the Deputy CEO of a renowned Kolkata based developer for the last 5 years. He has also co-founded a hospitality business that operates in India & Philippines.

With his rich experience he founded Red Ant Realty in April 2014.

Tuhin Podder, Director has been in the real estate industry for the last 8 years. He was in DLF's marketing team for DLF New Town Heights, Rajarhat & also led the marketing in their 95 acres residential project in Durgapur. Later he founded a real estate marketing firm called Perfect Address in the year 2009 & has been working with top developers like Godrej, Bharti, Mani & Tata ever since. In these 6 years, Perfect Address has not only made a mark in Kolkata but has also expanded to Durgapur and has many achievements in it's kitty. Tuhin is also a well-known Rotaracter for the last 15 years.

Tanushree Nandan, Director is a legal professional who has been associated with DLF in the past. She was the Eastern Regional Legal Counsel for all of DLF’s residential and commercial projects in eastern India. She has also been associated with Genpact as their Corporate Legal Counsel for their Kolkata operations for more than 5 years.
