Mysore has one of the highest tourist footfalls in the country. October to March is the peak season during which 100% occupancy can be attained and a 22% ROI* can be expected. Offseason is from April to September during which 50% - 80% occupancy can be achieved and 15% ROI* can be expected. On an average a cottage owner can expect around 20% ROI from the resort taking into consideration both peak and the offseason.

Cottage owner can also expect income from high yield plantations. A combination of fruit bearing trees and high commercial value timbers like sandalwood and teakwood would be cultivated. We are flexible to customize the plantation based on the owner’s interest and suitability of the climatic conditions.

Fruit bearing trees starts providing yield from the 3rd year and would provide a constant income every year. Timber yield starts from the 10th year of the plantation and its commercial value increases as its age increases.
