We are attempting to create an ecosystem of manpower which will cater to intra-city transportation / movement/ deliveries. The company will aggregate the scattered manpower (also create a fresh stream) for a purpose to help make deliveries for the 5 segments that are identified.

1. Rapi-Xpress (Local Courier Services) - Corporates frequently face urgent requirements to deliver documents / small parcels to a destination within the city. Current services available in market provide option to deliver it next day. Instead, a customer can use RapiDel services to execute faster local delivery. Similarly large courier companies can use our services for first mile delivery for international consignments.

2. Rapi-EDel (E-Commerce Deliveries) - India's e-commerce market was worth about $3.8 billion in 2009, it went up to $12.6 billion in 2013. In 2013, the e-retail segment was worth US$2.3 billion. According to Google India, there were 35 million online shoppers in India in 2014 Q1 and is expected to cross 100 million mark by end of year 2016. The current action is centered on metros and tier 2 cities. The other small cities and towns too will join the frenzy delivering an exponential growth for these companies. However to sustain growth the challenge for these companies would be to have a superlative consumer experience, fast-and-on-time-deliveries. RapiDel through its operational expertise and technology support will help these companies maintain their growth.

3. Rapi-Taxi (Bike Taxi) - In metros, in peak times and in certain areas, it is difficult to find transport for local commutation. RapiDel Delivery boys with bikes can also be used for short drops.

4. Rapi-OHP (Organized Hyperlocal) - With hyperlocal delivery option, customer selects a merchant in their area – usually 4-5 Km radiuses and selects any item for which home delivery is requested. Different items can be: Grocery, food, laundry, medicines, stationary etc.

5. Unorganized Hyperlocal - RapiDel will also aggregate the unorganized merchants in food sector, roadside Chinese stall, “poli bhaji Kendra” or women running home food catering services.
