Rajshree Medical Research Institute Bareilly (RMRI) is established under the aegis of the reputed Rajshree Educational Trust as an institution of national importance with a commitment to produce a new breed of medical professionals who can successfully fuse medical science with technology, at the same time laying equal emphasis on cultivating human values. Ideally located on Bareilly-Rampur Road with exotic lush green rural surroundings, RMRI offers Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme which is affiliated to M. J. P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and approved by Medical Council of India (MCI). The prime concern of the Institute is to develop new patterns of teaching in medical education so as to demonstrate a high standard of medical education in India. RMRI has most modern, centrally air-conditioned operation theatres and intensive care complex which are fully equipped with latest medical care equipments. The Institute has state-of-the-art infrastructure, spacious air conditioned classrooms with modern teaching-learning aids, well-stocked library, advanced laboratories and is supported by distinguished cadre of academic staff to create conducive environment for teaching, learning and patient care.
The infrastructure of the Institute has been meticulously designed and built to accommodate the intake of 150 (MBBS) undergraduates, and also keeping in mind the expansion of knowledge base with various PG courses in the near future and other infrastructure. The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme is designed to inculcate the necessary empathy in the students as the curriculum extends beyond medicine. Regular course curriculum combined with deep emphasis on research and training programs enables students to gain frontline knowledge in all facets of today’s critical health issues. All efforts are made to keep students’ initiative and curiosity alive by making them active participants in the teaching-learning process.
