Rahim’s has the proud distinction of serving the finest Mughlai and Awadhi cuisine. Mughlai and Awadhi foods are known for their rich aromas, their silken appearance and their textures. None of this is possible to achieve without the finest ingredients added to authentic recipes. At Rahim’s spices are ground in house, using only the traditional methods of grinding, so that their quality and nutrients can be preserved. We only use vegetable and olive oil as cooking mediums.
