TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online at Raghu Residency or made through, phone, e-mail or in person.
When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Raghu Residency.
All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Raghu Residency.

• Check-Out time is 24 hrs from the Check-In time.
• Government issued ID card need to be shown and a copy of the same to be given at the time of Check-In.
• A reservation payment for accommodation should be completed no less than 3 days before arrival date and balance should be made before occupation itself.
• Maximum of Three persons can stay in a room.
• Cancellation charges:
3-7 days in advance - No cancellation charges.
24-72 hrs - 25% of total tariff will be charged.
Within 12 to 24 hrs 50% of total tariff will be charged.
There will be no refund for the cancellation made within 12 hrs of booking time.
• Losing the key and key plate is subject to the penalty of Rs.1000/-
• Gambling, Smoking, Drinking and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside this premises.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Raghu Residency caused by you, your Co-Occupants, Friends or any person for whom you are responsible.
• Cleaning charges will be applicable for the abnormal cleaning requirements for cloths and room properties.
• Management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
Regardless of charge instructions, guests are personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by them during their stay at Raghu Residency.
