Jaise M Jose, our founder CEO is well known among his peers and clients as an expert in Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Project Management. Jaise formed his team when he co-founded and led Cubix builders and a now well-known design firm. In 2012, the team decided to specialize in project management in an endeavour to provide a hassle free commercial and residential development experience for the clients. The young and experienced team, ideate, design, develop and deliver based on the customer’s requirements – be it elegant design, before time completion or value engineered construction. We are the project management consultants for the foremost experiment in eco-tourism in Wayanad – Wayanad Biogarden. We handle commercial and residential projects of all sizes, sometimes achieving the impossible trinity of superlative Design, Cost and Time (DCT). As part of its expansion to other markets, Projem has started undertaking projects in the Middle East.
