South Asian University was established by the eight countries of SAARC. The South Asian University Library is the integral part of the university which supports primarily academic and research needs for the students and teachers. Citizens of South Asian countries are also welcome to visit the library. The library is new and growing with its limited space at the university temporary campus in Chanakypuri of New Delhi in India. Students and staffs are working together to build the library as a standard of its own. It has an extensive subscription to online resources i.e. journals, ebooks, encyclopaedias, protocols etc. published by famous university presses and as well as publishing houses.
