The rich heritage & strong roots of over 50 years we possess in the real estate & construction sector was flagged off by the veteran late Mr. Louis Eluvathingal in the 1960s. The venture was handed over to his talented sons Mr. Leo Louis & Mr. Joe Louis by Mr. Louis. They incorporated Precious Homes in the year 2006 with the ambition of providing the best of everything to their clients with the dictum “Facility Par Excellence & Quality At its Best”.
