Kashmiri food is a blend and cultural mix of Indian, Iranian & Afghani cuisine, that in turn gave rise to the traditional “Wazwan” style of cooking that is largely known for its non-vegetarian food, though the vegetarian fare, cooked in self-ground spices without onion and garlic, is awesome too.
