“Poush” Essence of Kashmir, is a unique Kashmiri restaurant founded by real Kashmiri Pandit Mr. Om Takoo. It has been near impossible to savour authentic Kashmiri cuisine in Mumbai, but now with Poush, you can feast on Kashmiri delights like Goshtaba, Kokur Yakhni, Rista, Nadier Palak, Mutton Kanti and so much more. Not to mention the traditional Kashmiri tea - Qahwa. And all this, in an exotic ambience with Shikara like cubicles and warm hospitality.

Kashmiri food is a blend and cultural mix of Indian, Iranian & Afghani cuisine, that in turn gave rise to the traditional “Wazwan” style of cooking that is largely known for its non-vegetarian food, though the vegetarian fare, cooked in self-ground spices without onion and garlic, is awesome too.
