P.L. Raj Memorial Study Circle, an institute for IAS, IPS and TNPSC examination, started in 2006 with the noble aim of bringing up young, dynamic, enthusiastic aspirants to the forefront. The Civil services secures the higher level in bureaucratic ladder which fetches power and prestige to the aspirants. But the power and prestige should be channelized in such a way to make the system unbiased and people friendly. We are here specific in imparting social and national responsibility among the candidates as an individual which is the basic requirement for those who are opting for the Service.
