PlaNt Eco Circle

We Bring an Environmental and Educational Impact in the Society through Plantation and Teach2Learn Program. As, this is all known fact that Patna is the Sixth most polluted city in the world and second in the Country. As well we knew that most of underprivileged society are not success in getting education and Government school students are not able to get quality education till now.

According to ASER Report, Nationally, the proportion of children in Std. III who are able to read at least Std. I level text has gone up slightly, from 40.2% in 2014 to 42.5% in 2016. Nationally, reading levels in Std VIII show a slight decline since 2014 (from 74.7% to 73.1%). Then and now,three out of every four children enrolled in Std VIII can read at least Std II level (the highest level assessed in the ASER survey). In 2014, for the country 25.4% of Std III children could do a 2-digit subtraction. This number has risen slightly to 27.7% in 2016. This improvement has come primarily from government schools where the percentage of Std III children who could do a 2-digit subtraction increased from 17.2% in 2014 to 20.2% in 2016. So, This Report shows that We need to improve the quality of Education as well.

As, We knew that 70 per cent of Indian are residing in Villages. Most of Indian Villages have lack of quality Education. Although, Villages need more details on Entrepreneurship instead of City.

So, reviewing these Problems, We had started a venture named as PlaNt Eco Circle in the months of Oct. 2016. PlaNt Eco Circle is world class platform for Every Villagers. We empower every villager to improve their livelihood by ringing environmental and Educational Impact through our platform. We armed them with the quality education, digital education, environmental issues awareness, Entrepreneurship, Coding Skills and so on. We had three platforms under PlaNt Eco Circle namely, Vriksh; Aadhyan & Teach2Learn Program. We have currently impacted 10 Villages & 2 Cities.

Under VRIKSH, We are on mission to Plant more trees across the City or Villages with the help of Youths. We regularly organised Plantation Drive in the City and Villages.We also develops and research new ways to motivate people to plant more trees. We runs various programs on the occasion of festivals. We have initiated various projects like The City of Thousand Banyan Tree; The City of Thousand Peepal Tree; The City of Thousand Neem Tree; Plant4Bihar and many more. We raise money through Crowdfunding through various Online Platform like BitGiving.

Currently, We are running a Campaign for #GreenPatna on BitGiving for doing plantation in the month of july or August with that money in such areas where there is no plant. Especially in PatnaBailey Road. Also, We are going to do a project in Gaya to Develop an Eco-Tourism Village with the help Jeevika. We regularly visit that village to understand and research how we bring that change.

Under Aadhayan, We organise various events, Programs and BootCamps in the Schools and College to directly involve the Students with the Nature. We invited various speakers from Environment Background to discuss the issues of Environment and Nature.We also provide internship for the Participant to work in the Field of Environment. We introduce various news word to encourage the
students to take part in the activities towards nature like PlaNtenuer Event, Enviprenuer, Ecoprenuer. Currently, We are running a campaign under this platform to collect the seed of fruits like mango
and jamun and donate it to us for sapling. We regularly visits school to motivate the children.

Under Teach2Learn Program, We provide quality education to the underprivileged students and under-resourced school with the help of brightest and most promising youth of the nation. In 2016,After starting Plant Eco Circle, We felt compelled to address the issue of educational inequity at scale.As we thought through the solution,we believed that the answer lay in a youth's movement that needed to come together to provide every child an excellent education in the Nation. Although,the main foundation of this idea is in the year 2014.We turned this passion into great imitative to stand the Team of Youths who want to teach the students who are under resourced.

These are the few programs which are currently running by Teach2Learn Platform for the Village.

As We know that, Villages are facing a lack of Quality Education & most of Places are under resourced school. So, We have introduced #EducationForVillage . We run community based school under this. We arranges money and hire a qualified teacher to deliver quality education in the Villages.

Village students have lot of Potential in Doing Something New in the field of IT and also they are not aware about computer system in this 21 st Century. When we are talking about an Idle Village then
we must think about Digital Village. That’s Why we introduced #CodeForVillage

Village has a lot of Potential in Generating job and increase the Economy and many women are already working in the Jeevika and SHG as well as in Business. They only need guidance. That’s why,
we introduced #EntrepreneurshipInMyVillage. We regularly visit in some School of Village and SHG meeting to introduce full details of Entrepreneurship. How they create job and we are helping them
to find a good market for their products.

We believe that one day all children will attain an excellent education.
We are working towards Socio-Economic development of our society.
