Phulkian Enclave Welfare Association (PEWA) is an association of the Residents of Phulkian Enclave and was registered under Societies Act 1860 in year 2003. PEWA is working for welfare of its residents and is committed to ensure high level of transparency and commitment.

PEWA moved to Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding Enclave status and got clearance, then PEWA constructed boundary walls, installed gates and recruited security on both gates which helped in making Phulkian Enclave, a peaceful and safe place to reside.
