Established in 1985, under the aegis of Shri R.A. Kila, the group began its operations as a corporate advisory firm, specialising in the field of accountancy and taxation. The firm currently handles thousands of retail as well as corporate clients.
The Nineties saw the genesis of Perfect Finance, when the group picked up managing stake in a vehicle showroom. This investment also opened the door of retail financing opportunities to the group, and such was the response that showroom was hived off to concentrate on the financing business. The finance companies were incorporated and registered as NBFCs with the Reserve Bank of India. Over the past decade and a half, the group has emerged as the leader in the private vehicle finance market grabbing a dominant market share having financed over 50,000 vehicles from company’s owned funds. The service network spans showrooms across manufacturers and dealers reaching out the length and breadth of Delhi. The rapid growth of the finance division has prompted the group into entering the commercial three-wheeler, used car and consumer finance segment with very encouraging results over the past year.

The insurance division was envisioned to handle the insurance needs of the group’s retail and corporate advisory clientele, for both the general and the life segment.
Over the past few years the division has seen tremendous action and come to be an integral part of group’s future plans as an individual profit centre.

Perfect Research, the capital markets advisory arm of the group, manages the management’s portfolio, along with providing consultancy services like fund raising, liasioning etc. to business associates and clients. The primary objective of the division is to continually find rewarding investment avenues for the group in the equity markets, both domestic and foreign, through extensive research and deduction of market events in the global economic environment.
The initiative is personally looked into by the senior management, which has an extensive understanding of equity markets along with decades of experience in the field.

The past decade saw the group extend its reach beyond the financial supermarkets, by picking up management stake in a C.K. Birla insulation venture, and restructuring it. Oasis Insulation, as it is known today, has been a premier engineering & turn-key contracting company specialised in executing turn-key contracts of Thermal Insulation Systems, Polyurethane form anti-corrosive treatments for underground pipes and water proofing treatment.
The company regularly undertakes insulation jobs for renowned clients like Sirpur Paper Mills, Orient Paper Mills, Orient Cements, Gujarat Ambuja Cements and Birla Corp and continues to be a preferred partner in the future expansion initiatives of its clients as well.

All through the years of business prowess, the management has not forgotten its humble beginnings. Perfect Foundation is the CSR initiative of the group, which regularly organises and participates in blood donation and calliper camps.
The group has a vision to create professional awareness & help the underprivileged members of the society realise their potential. One of the many laudable initiatives of the group has been its success in the setup of a hostel for outstation students for pursuit of professional studies, which has now been operational for the last ten years at subsidized rates and is managed by a NGO, founded by the group chairman, Shri. R.A.Kila.

With headquarters at the Delhi office, and site offices in Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Rajasthan, the group’s reach stretches across the country.

The management team comprises of a diversified mix of professionals and industry experts, holding key positions on the boards of leading businesses and also provides advisory services to top industrial groups across the country.


Management Team:

1. Mr. R.A. Kila - Founder Chairman

Mr. R.A KILA, the founder chairman of the Perfect Group has been the cornerstone and architect of the group. His experiences span across diverse engagements and have provided the edge to the group while servicing its varied clientele across divisions. He is a qualified professional, having completed his Company Secretary ship in 1982 and Chartered Accountancy in 1983.

His entrepreneurial streak is evident from the fact that today, the 3 decade old Perfect Group is a diversified industrial house with activities spanning across a spectrum of services. He continues to envision and guide the growth initiatives of the group across all divisions.

He is also an executive member of the expert committees of ASSOCHAM on Finance & Banking and Capital Markets and is well heard in corporate circles. He is on the board of several reputed companies.

Mr. R.A Kila is committed to the social cause. He is the General Secretary (South Delhi) for All India Vaish Federation & All India Pradeshik Marwari Sammelan. He is also the founder president of South delhi branch of All India Marwari Yuva Manch (AIMYM). Under his aegis camps have been conducted for providing calipers and other activities needed to make India handicapped free. Mr. Kila is also an active functionary in other organizations viz. Rotary Club, Lion’s Club, Maheshwari Club, Rajasthan Mitra Parishad, Rajasthan Ratnakar, Ram Krishna Seva Sansthan etc.

2. Mr. Vinod Kila

Mr. Vinod Kila is the chief financial advisor to the group. A qualified and practicing CA himself, he looks after the overall financial planning for the group and spearheads the corporate advisory arm of the group.

A former president of the AIMYM (South Delhi Branch), he is a key member of the group’s social initiatives and leads various projects with the help of many NGO setups that he holds key positions in.

3. Mr. Ashish Kila

Ashish is a rank holder CA and MBA from MDI Gurgaon. Having worked with leading investment banks like Goldman Sachs & Morgan Stanley in their equity research division, he is now spearheading the group’s investment management division as the CIO.
Ashish regularly speaks on various capital market forums at ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) conferences, MDI Gurgaon, Investor forums, Value investing discussions and his works are mentioned in national dailies on a recurring basis.

4. Mr. Anish Kila

Anish, MBA (IIFT Delhi), the most recent addition to the senior management currently manages the retail financing portfolio for the group.
Prior to Perfect, he worked with the Essar Group and during his extensive corporate stint, looked after corporate strategy and management control of major verticals of the group.
