Team Pegastatem aims to deliver the best engineers and executives to the Indian automotive industry by enhancing the knowledge and skill of the future designers in the world of automobiles.

The team consists of a set of like minded people from the Mechanical Engineering background who dream cars, live for cars and will make cars.

The objectives of the team are as follows:

To design, fabricate, develop and market a formula style race car which is optimized for a given set of constraints.

To acquaint everyone with the sophesticated technology of motorsport and hence create a good breed of innovative engineers.

We strongly support the concept of Make in India. Being youths we are open to all challenges that may come by and fight them with enthusiasm. Currently we are on a mission to build an F1 style racecar for the Supra SAEINDIA event to be held at Chennai.

We want to deliver the best to the automobile world, but just knowledge is not enough. It takes financial support as well. To obtain this we have a dedicated marketing team as well which aims to tie up with larger organisations and looks to be their advertising agent with several modes of promotions!
