Welcome to official Facebook page of Pankaj Choudhary who is National Executive Member & National Co-Convenor of College Outreach Committee of youth wing of Bhartiya Janata Party which is ruling political party in India and also world’s largest political party under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, The Prime Minister of India . In addition to that, he is also also serving as an Assistant Professor at Campus Law Centre , Faculty of Law , University of Delhi and Students' Union Adviser of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, India.

In the past he has been served as a President, P.G. Law Students’ Union, Faculty of Law, Delhi University and Legal Aid Society in the Faculty of Law, Delhi University: this was amongst various firsts that I enunciated as President. The Legal Aid society provides free legal services to the poor, the downtrodden and to the most backward sections of our society and Organized various seminars and workshops on current national and international issues that touched our nation’s interest and people’s sentiments in the Delhi University as a President under the banner “Youth Perspectives”. It provided immense opportunities to the young budding students to have an active interaction with national leaders, scholars, and leading intellectuals of the country. Attended and spoken at multiple international conferences on law, politics, science & technology, and Environment Laws .

He is also serving on many student committees, including placement Assistance Council and Maintenance committee and currently serving also as Students' Union Adviser of Campus Law Centre , University of Delhi , India . His area of research include legal perspectives of Environment Laws , Public International Law & social problems especially gender related issues .

Pankaj is a prolific writer; his articles have appeared in renowned international affairs magazine 'World focus' (http://www.worldfocus.in/ magazine/radical-islam-and-terrorism/ )and has also contributed in many reputed academic Journals including International Journal of Social science and Management Studies, Chotanagpur Law Review , Journal of Legal Views and Reviews and many more . Pankaj holds a BA (first class) in Economics and LLM from University of Delhi.
He has also written a book on Female Foeticide A Story of India’s Missing Women published by Shree Kala Prakashan in India ( ISBN : 9789385329272 ) . This book deals with the issue of female foeticide in a broader legal- social framework. While covering the social causes of this rampant phenomenon in India,this book highlights the way legal framework to combat this old aged practice has evolved, especially after the advent of new sex determination technologies. It argues that in India, legal efforts have not kept pace with the advancement of sophisticated medical technologies, a prominent factor responsible for the abysmal implementation of India's much debated law PCNPDT act.
