Padma Paaduka, our handwoven sari store, opened in June 2011. Our quaint store is located at 138, Luz Church Road, Chennai.

Padma Paaduka was born of the desire to bring identity fabrics into the urban spotlight. Far and wide across India, are pockets of excellence in indigenous textiles. Carefully cultivated craft, consciously preserved weaves, innovatively integrated motifs – blend beautifully together in fabrics that equally uphold tradition and embrace modernity.

Through Paduka, we seek to firmly place hand woven elegance in the realm of ‘contemporary smart’, giving it an urban context which is relevant and accessible to the thinking and culturally conscious modern woman.
