P MALLIKARJUN RAO – FOUNDER DIRECTOR

Mallikarjun Rao is a B.E. in Civil from BIT, Durg and PG in Advanced Construction Management from the prestigious NICMAR, Pune.

He has one of the most diverse 11years of professional experience in the construction industry, having delivered project in areas as different as tunnels, hydro power, thermal power plants as well as real estate (in some of the most prestigious projects of India). Having been a Project Manager in some of the key projects of such big names of India like Simplex, JMC, HCC and VBHC, he has gained very high competency in the areas of Contracts, Claims Management, Resource Planning, Dispute Resolution, Payment Tracking, Site Mobilization, Planning and Cost Control

SANJAY K GAUR – DIRECTOR ENGINEERING AND OPERATIONS

Sanjay Gaur has received his education at some of the world-famous institutes. He received his B.Tech from BIT and his Masters in supply chain management (ADP – SCM) from IIM Calcutta.

He has worked in the field of Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate for over 19 years specializing in Business Development Strategic Planning, Cost and Budget Control, Funding, Execution, Materials, Contracts and Project Management. He has worked in some of the best and biggest conglomerates of India like VBHC, MARG Group, Adani Group and Jaiprakash Associates executing some of their signature projects, delivering an immense 150 million sqft of real estate in SEZ, residential, commercial and hospitality verticals. Apart from that, he has also executed some of the most challenging infrastructure projects, working on the bleeding edge of construction technology, delivering 3000 MW of hydro power, 2000 MW of thermal power, 300 km of highways and 14 MTA cement plants. Currently, he is working in the delivery of an 80 acre project consisting of IT SEZ, residential and commercial dwellings and 200 premium villa project at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.

KISHALOY NEOGI – DGM STRATEGIC PLANNING AND INVESTMENTS

Kishaloy Neogi was educated at some of the best institutes of the world; B. Tech in Manufacturing Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Before MBA, he has had a rich experience of 5 years in Team Management, Project Execution, New Product Development and New Technology Evaluation and Implementation. As part of new product development team, he delved deeply into the likes and dislikes of the Indian customer as well as their latent needs.

Post MBA, he has been involved in Product Features and Pricing of housing, Financial Valuation of projects, Time, Resource and Cash flow Estimation, Developing Project Milestones, Monitoring and Controlling Projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance for optimum execution. He has experience in doing Due Diligence on vendors, their Classification and in Financial Valuation of assets.

VIVEK K GAUR – AGM COMMERCIAL

Vivek Gaur is a BBA and MBA in Material Management from ICFAI, Hyderabad and a certified SAP-MM consultant.

He has an experience of 13 years in vendor and material management, having built up whole SCM of projects, including setting up of ERP systems and handling over 1000 vendors. He has instituted and delivered Cost Control systems in a host of prestigious projects. He has worked in JAYPEE Group and VBHC.

AMIT DAS – INHOUSE ARCHITECT AND HEAD DESIGN

Amitav Das is an architect with a B.Arch from College of Engineering & Technology (Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology), Bhubaneswar and then post graduation in Advance Construction Management from the prestigious NICMAR, Pune

He has 10 years of experience in the field of Projects Development & Services, Design & Build Management, Client Solutions - Project Management, Project Coordination, Design co-ordination and Planning etc. He has worked in India and UK with many prestigious organisations like Space Matrix. India, Jones Lang Lasalle, KIER - United Kingdom, Cushman & Wakefield, India, Synergy Property Development Services and Total Environment. In his illustrious career, he has performed his roles and responsibilities at various designations like Head projects, Asst. Vice president, Design & Built Manger, Project Manager & Project Co-ordinator. His area of interest is Real Estate and Property Development, Project Planning, Formulation & Control, Design Management & Value Engineering.

MADHU V.H – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Madhusudan is a BE Civil from AIT, Chikmaglur and PG in Advance Construction Management from prestigious institute NICMAR, Hyderabad.

In his 7 years of rich experience, he has worked in the fields of Execution, Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring, Contract Formulation and Administration, Design Control and Co-ordination and Cost Estimation. He has been a major member of many prestigious large-sized residential projects working with the organizations like Sobha Developers Pvt, Simplex Infrastructure Ltd, Sahara Aamby Valley City, Value and Budget Housing Corporation and Bhartiya City Developers and executed more than 10 million Sft.

HEMRAJ T – SENIOR MANAGER QS AND CONTRACTS

Hemanth is a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has 17 years of experience in contracts, QS and billing in large-sized building and infra projects.

He has worked with Velankani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (ISO 9001 & 14001), VBHC, Bhartiya Group, Swastika builders and Harsha design associates and executed more than 8 million sqft.
