Our Share Circle

Our circles come together every week and we will have 3 circles starting in August 2017. (Each circle has 8-10 people.)

'Our share circle’ is a support-based group for people who, in their own manner are dealing with stress, emotional pain, relationship or family issues, or just feeling stuck in their lives and wish to join a small knit community. We facilitate free expression in a space and bring together a friendly, homely set up that is conducive to learning and feeling at ease as we begin to see how others tackle challenges and make positive changes in their lives.

Besides supporting each and witnessing each other's journeys, we wish to pull out any stigma associated with free conversations around important mental health subjects like depression, anxiety and loss. We get people to come together, share their experiences and in the process, build relationships based on trust and support.

We bring the attendees of every circle come in contact with a new and interesting subject in the form of a short exercise each week, that has the potential to enrich and create positive value in the attendees lives.
