'One Family Doctor for every village' offering quality and affordable healthcare for the rural population across the country is the Mission we are upto.
Strengthening the most vital pillar in healthcare-The Primary/Preventive Healthcare, redefining the healthcare delivery model which is more patient oriented than before, providing care for the entire family by reintroducing the age old concept of a 'family doctor' is what we are doing.

The project was selected among the top ten innovative ideas among 2000 plus applicants from across Kerala, government offered its complete support for this initiative.

Our Central Hub provides secondary level healthcare, which addresses 95% of the disease load in the state, constituted by 42 conditions & diseases. A protocol-driven approach to these 42 diseases streamlines healthcare delivery.

The FAMILY DOCTOR concept:

No one knows your health status and concerns better than your own family doctor. Family physicians are the first point of contact with you and the healthcare system and can make the difference between leading a healthy life and constantly stepping into the hospital for escalating health issues.

Model: Patient- centered

The current scenario in rural areas is following a ‘FEES FOR SERVICE’ model, we aim to change this to a PATIENT CENTERED model which in turn leads to more EQUITABLE system of payments which further encourages ‘high value health care’ rather than ‘high volume healthcare’.
