Activities:
• We will learn, understand & do three 1 hour OSHO Active Meditations
• Play games and lots of interactive group activities to understand about meditation & awareness

About the Facilitator:

Agyat is a trained OSHO Meditation Facilitator & Clinical Hypnotherapist.
He spent 1.5 years in OSHO International Resort, Pune & learned the art of meditation. He has also run various businesses & worked with international companies in countries like Dubai, Russia, Indonesia & India.
